There are two VP lists with the Game: the one on the VP Chart and the
one in
the rules [51.4]. The VP list on the chart does not agree with
the one in
the rules nor several specific rules. When choosing between the
two I
prefer to use the the one in rule 51.4.
The one published on the web was writen specifically for EU5, but it
was
based upon the flawed VP Chart. The one on the web is certainly
a superior
version of the chart.
There was another chart that was published a couple of times on this
list
and its predicessor that did the same thing for the rule 51.4 that
Ray's
listing did for the chart. I will post that below.
In the end there is no right answer and your game should agree on which
VP
chart they are using at the start of the game.
VPs Awarded for minor countries contolled by a player
(VPs for all minors are summed and divided by 2. The controlling
player
earns or loses half these points (rounded up)):
