Kari Juhani Hirvonen, born 03.01.1962 in Lahti, Finland

Father of the family (you might have guessed this already). Friends call me Hirppa - a nickname from childhood.

Consulting clinical neurophysiologist since 1996.

My school years were spent in Lahti at Lotila and Tiirismaan lukio (high school). After high school a year spent in the Faculty of Computing Sciences in Helsinki University boosted up the growing interest in computers and mathematics. However, the professional future was determined by commnecing the studies in the Faculty of Medicine in Tampere Univeristy 1982

I met Hanna in 1985 actually on stage (a play written by medical students called 'Sinuhe - the Egyptian', very loosely written after Mika Waltari's book). It was love at first nagging. Since then we have shared everything - house, bed, wins and debts (feel free to join with the debts..). We both love Beatles-music and Woody Allen's humour.

My private consultation is in Neurotest Tampere Oy with ENMG-, EEG- and sleep studies. I am the managing director of Neurotest and the chairman-of-board in Neurokeskus Oy.
