The lady in red is Jo who cared of the babies on quaranteen sation.

The man is Tracys (manager of the kennels) husband,
he is the one who cared of the babies on that time when Jo was ill.
He arrived to sed googbye for the babies also.

We can belive that it hadn't easy for any of them to sed goodbye...
